FIRAS Certification
FIRAS certification is operated by Warrington Certification since 1994. To support the Flame Stop Ltd. commitment to offering excellence in our passive fire stopping service to clients, we have recently achieved FIRAS 3rd party Certification.
FIRAS certification is awarded to companies who voluntarily submit to a three stage assessment process and satisfactorily meet the certification standards.
Companies are assessed on the following:
- Office management systems
- Site operative’s workmanship for which certification is required.
- Competence of supervisors and installers.
Following certification, FIRAS certificated companies are subject to ongoing site inspections and office administration system audits to ensure continued compliance with the certification criteria.
All contracts completed by FIRAS certified companies will be issued with a ‘Certificate of Conformity’ directly from FIRAS.
By achieving and retaining FIRAS certification, the clients of Flame Stop Ltd. may have increased confidence in the standard of our service offered to them and our status within the industry.
